I'm Hannah, and my professional journey has been a dynamic exploration of client-centric roles over the past 15 years. Originally from the UK, I made the leap to New Zealand 11 years ago, embarking on a transformative adventure that has shaped my career and personal growth.

My initial five years were devoted to secretary roles in sales, insurance, underwriting assistance, and broker support. The picturesque landscapes of Queenstown, New Zealand, then became the backdrop for a two-year chapter as a Customer Service Manager in the car rental industry, where I cultivated a passion for exceptional customer relations and operational finesse.

In my most recent role as a Customer Account Manager at St John, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the dynamic field of account management, further solidifying my commitment to exceeding customer expectations within a well established brand.

Now, as an Operations Assistant at Fixinc, I've found a professional haven that aligns perfectly with my values. Since joining the team, I've relished the chance to collaborate with like-minded professionals and explore diverse business operations throughout Oceania. Supporting various team members in their day-to-day operations at Fixinc allows me to witness a spectrum of skillsets, fostering continuous learning and growth.

One of the aspects I treasure most about my work at Fixinc is the flexibility it affords me.
