Why we're offering
complimentary reviews.
We have seen often that organisations can miss the critical vulnerabilities caused by human error or oversight. This can result in catastrophic impacts to organisations and people. No matter how mature your programs are, professional feedback or affirmations will generate a new level of confidence and awareness on the threats presented to you.
Recent examples have inspired us to act. We are providing our time complimentary in an attempt to provide a select number of organisations the opportunity to thrive, as well as to promote our high level of professional service.
Support
Common questions.
Let us cover the basics here, but email info@fixinc.org for more.
How many plans or programs will you review?
We will review up to two plans, or one program. It's important these documents are uploaded upon registering or at least five business days before your one-hour call with us. This allows enough time for Fixinc to prepare comprehensive feedback and reviews on your plans or programs.
What happens after the call?
Fixinc will send you a summary email with some action points and considerations, but the work and commitment starts with you. In about a month, we'll send a follow up email or phone call to see how things are progressing (and to hold you somewhat accountable for progress).
What is your cancellation / rebook policy?
If you miss your slot and need to reschedule, we will move you into our next opening for reviews. This typically happens over four weeks, once per quarter, but it's first come, first served. However, we also travel a lot for on-site training and there may be an opportunity to conduct the review in person.
How will the call be conducted?
We run online meetings via Google Meets. This will be provided in the meeting invite shortly after you book. If you want more colleagues to join, simply forward the invite. You do not need Gmail to join the meeting, just Google Chrome. We will also record the meeting for your records and share this on the same day as the meeting.
How many colleagues should I bring?
Colleagues that will get the most value will be those in your crisis management team (CMT), your response team, leadership, or executive or board members who have a close connection or responsibility to your strategic and operational response in a crisis. We find these meetings generate wider conversations between departments - use it to your advantage.
What are the key components you are looking for in our programs / plans?
We are looking for validation of your programs or plans, as well as evidence you have built a well documented and comprehensive culture of resilience within your organisation. We're looking for vulnerabilities and areas for improvement, but we're also looking to confirm and highlight positive and effective areas within your resilience programs.
Is there matrix you're measuring us against?
We review our client's programs and plans against our Tungsten Diamond's planning (strategic), and response (operational) components. This matches business continuity best practices, as well as core elements of the ISO 22301 international standard. Using the six levels of our Tungsten Diamond (the Resilience Lifecycle and ISO standards) we are assessing what you have in place. The evidence provided or discovered needs to support each one of these areas and must have been validated at least annually.
