Emergency Management Engagement

Before the official engagement meeting, Fixinc will perform a comprehensive review of all Emergency Management documents to evaluate the level of preparedness and adherence to key standards. This review will cover risk assessments, Business Impact Analysis worksheets, emergency management plans, and any recently completed training, testing, and exercising documentation.

Fixinc will then facilitate an engagement meeting with key representatives to verify, review the scope, and key emergency management priorities. 

When evaluating the existing program, Fixinc will identify strengths that can be further capitalised on to build greater resilience and weaknesses that need to be addressed to ensure a robust capability exists within the organisation.
