ITDR Engagement Meeting

Before the official engagement meeting, Fixinc will perform a comprehensive review of all existing Cyber Security documents to evaluate the level of preparedness and adherence to key standards. This review will cover risk assessments, Business Impact Analysis worksheets, ITDR plans, Cyber response plans, Business Continuity Plans, and any recently completed training, testing, and exercising documentation.
Fixinc will then facilitate an engagement meeting with key representatives to verify the review scope and key ITDR priorities. Depending on the size of your organisation, these can last from 45 to 90 minutes.
When evaluating the existing program, Fixinc will identify strengths that can be further capitalised on to build greater resilience and weaknesses that need to be addressed to ensure a robust capability exists within the organisation.
